Is there a doctor in the house? That’s the phrase we often hear when a medical emergency arises. Brother Brian Song is not a doctor, but he is the next best thing. He is a Certified Physician Assistant, a type of mid-level healthcare provider. He has experience in the emergency room of a hospital.

Brother Brian Song was born in Norman, Oklahoma, in 1995. He was educated in the Jefferson County School System of Louisville, Kentucky and graduated Rossview High School in Clarksville, Tennessee, where he currently resides. He attended Belmont University, earned a degree in Biology, magna cum laude, and served as president of both Alpha Epsilon Delta (Pre-Health Honor Society), and Omicron Delta Kappa (Leadership Honor Society). On to Trevecca Nazarene University where he earned a Master of Science Degree in Medicine from their Physician Assistant program in 2019. He is a Certified Physician Assistant, and currently has a practice in the field of Neurology.

Brian Song became a Master Mason at Queen City Lodge #761, Clarksville, Tennessee, in December, 2016. He earned his Pin of Excellence and Funeral Master Pin in 2018. He served as Worshipful Master in 2022 of Queen City Lodge, where he currently is the Lodge Historian.

He became a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Nashville in 2019 and has worked in the cast of the 18th, 28th, 29th, and 31st degrees. Currently he confers the 16th degree and the 32nd degree and is the Standard Bearer for Immanuel Chapter of Rose Croix No. 2.

He became a member of the Clarksville York Rite in 2018, where he served as Excellent High Priest, Illustrious Master, and Eminent Commander in 2021, and currently serves as Prelate in his Commandery. He is a member of Ezra Council #89, Knight Masons, and the Roy S. Garton Council #403, Allied Masonic degrees. He confers the Royal Ark Mariner Degree and participates in numerous York Rite degrees. He currently serves as the Middle Tennessee York Rite Association President.

Notwithstanding his multitude of daily activities and the demands for his time, he enjoys watching various shows and videos on the internet, such as other cultures, history, and science fiction. He is an avid Pokémon GO fan, and he claims to be well-versed in the knowledge of the Transformers and Star Wars universes. Realizing the need for a healthy mind and body, he will squeeze in a workout at the gym every morning at 4 AM and occasionally after work.

Brother Song has been blessed with endless energy and a ferocious appetite for knowledge. He is what some would call an overachiever, for he has accomplished much and earned many achievements in a short lifetime. Who knows what the future holds for Brother Song? In any event, the Scottish Rite Valley of Nashville is proud to have his membership and participation.
